今シーズンは，比較的楽に過ごせましたが，なかなか点鼻薬（エリザス）を終わりにできず，ようやく5月の連休が終わった頃，点鼻薬の使用を終わりにしました（ザイザルの服用は続けています）．<\/p>\n\n\n\n
ところが，今週になってまた鼻の調子が悪くなってきています．特に今日（2019\/05\/15）は最悪です．額と，右頬の上のあたりに鈍痛があり，鼻も詰まり気味で，何もやる気がしないです．<\/p>\n\n\n\n
しかも，スギ・ヒノキの時期と違って，エリザスを点鼻しても，あまり効果を感じません．鼻に効く市販のかぜ薬を飲んでも改善がありません．<\/p>\n\n\n\n
梅雨の走りの時期はクリの花粉で不調になるのですが，現在の不調はクリの花粉による様でもあるし，そうでない様にも思います．<\/p>\n\n\n\n
