コンビニのオーナーたちの苦境は，ずいぶん昔から聞いてはいましたが，今回，24時間営業を拒否したセブンイレブンのオーナーに対して会社側が数千万円の違約金を要求して，社会問題となり，社長の辞任にまで発展し，メディアも問題を大きく取り上げるようになりました．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

いろいろ問題がある中で，やはり最大の問題はドミナント戦略ですね．これは，タクシーの規制緩和に伴う台数増加と同じで，店やタクシーを増やすと，全体の売上げは上がって会社は儲かるが，個々の店やタクシーの売上げは下がり，オーナー・運転手は苦しくなるという封建的な仕組みです．こんな，非人間的な戦略を推し進めるやつらは，地獄に落ちるしかない，と思わせるほどのひどい戦略です．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

あとは，基本的にロイヤルティ1<\/a><\/sup>英語は，”royalty”で，かなで書くとき「ロイヤル<\/strong>ティ」以外しようがないのに，日本のメディアはみんな「ロイヤリティ」といいます．<\/span>の取り過ぎですね．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

あんまりひどいので，消費者としてどうにか対応したいのですが，不買運動しても，オーナーたちも困ることになるので，困ったもんです．
