Eテレで昨年末に2回，今年1月と2月に1回ずつの都合4回で放送された，標記の番組<\/a>をつい先日見終えました（1, 2回は年末に見て，後半の2回を最近見ました）．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

この番組は今から50年前に「あるぜんちな丸」という貨客船1<\/a><\/sup>名前だけは記憶にあります．<\/span>で，南米に移住した人たちを，50年前は船に同乗し，その後10年，20年，31年，そして今回の50年後に尋ねて取材したドキュメンタリーです．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

普通のどんな人の人生だって，下手なドラマでは到底およばない波瀾万丈がありますが，2度と戻らない覚悟を決めて，日本の家や土地を売り払い，何十日もの船旅を経て，未開の地に渡った人々の人生は，どれも想像を超えたものです．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

努力のうえに知恵を活かして，ニンニク栽培で大成功したものの，急な政策の転換で輸入ニンニクに押されて結局農地を放棄した一家，大恋愛の末駆け落ちした妻と南米に渡ったものの（最初のドキュメンタリー），妻への今で言うDVで，3回も流産させ（10年後），結局離婚して妻は日本に帰り（20年後），工場の技術者となり1人で暮らしていましたが（31年後），近年，首都周辺の地価高騰にうまく乗り財産をなした人（50年後）など，人生は努力だけでは，どうにもならないものだと感じます．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

自分のわずか1年ちょっとの海外赴任でも，経験したり見聞したりしましたが，難しいのは子孫のアイデンティティーですね．移住する本人たちはたいてい日本で教育を受けてから行くわけですが，現地で生まれ育った子供たちは，皆，日本とその国の間で苦労しているようです．
