昨年の鼻詰まりはじめは，2月14日だったと，当BLOGに記事<\/a>があります．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

今年は，一週間ほど前から，就寝時に鼻が少しむずむずしたり，多少くしゃみが出たりするので，点鼻薬（エリザス）の使用を開始してます．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

飲み薬（ザイザル）の方は，昨年末くらいから続けて服用しています．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

事前の備えは万全なことも関係するかも知れませんが，今年は今のところ顕著な花粉症の症状は出ていません．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

そろそろ飛び始めても不思議ではない頃合いですし，はなこさんのデータをみると2月に入って当地でも何度かまとまって花粉が飛んでいる<\/a>ことが解ります．<\/p>\n\n\n\n
