前から関心がありましたが，使いものになるかどうかの不確定要素など総合的な考えから出してもいいと思う金額よりも価格がかなり高かったので様子を眺めてました．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

それが，最近の某通販ショップで，税送料込みで3万円で買える，ということなので，注文しました1<\/a><\/sup>通販ショップの5年間延長保証を付けたので，3万円を少し越えました．<\/span>．iRobot Roombaの一番安いシリーズの一番安いモデルのようです．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

安いとは言え，掃除アルゴリズムの基本部分は高いシリーズと差別化されてないだろうと考えました2<\/a><\/sup>差別化すれば開発コストかさみますから．<\/span> 3<\/a><\/sup>家電量販店で最高クラスのデモ機の動きを観察する限り，この推測は正しいようです(2019\/01\/23)．<\/span>．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

で，一週間ほど使った印象ですが，くまなくきれいに掃除するわけではないが，動かせば動かしたぶん確実にゴミを集めてくる，といった感じです．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

私の知り合いは，くまなく掃除してくれないのが嫌で，購入してしばらくして手放したそうです．ここは，使う側の性格の違いによると思います．私は，むしろ，動かせば確実に毎回それなりのゴミ（綿ぼこりと細かい砂）を集めてくることの方を高く評価しています4<\/a><\/sup>あとは，こういうロボット的・おもちゃ的なものがそもそも好きかどうかによるところも大きいでしょう^^;<\/span>．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

それからよくいわれるように，本体が丸いから部屋の四隅はきれいになりません．その代わり，出っ張って回転している小さいハケの機能が秀逸で，掃除機では吸いきれない，家具の下の隙間や，壁の下に貼ってある化粧板（巾木というらしい）と床の合わせ目などもきれいにしてくれます．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

この値段でこの機能なら文句はないです．あとは耐久性や消耗品の費用など今後どのくらいかかるかで，総合的な判断ができると思います．<\/p>\n\n\n\n
