若い頃，腹を壊すのは日常茶飯事でした1<\/a><\/sup>たぶん，「過敏性腸症候群」．<\/span>．小学校から，40歳くらいまででしょうか．壊すといろいろ辛かったですが，慣れていた部分もあります．<\/p>\n

この手の胃腸炎は，年齢とともに改善されるそうですが，私の場合特に十数年前にピロリ菌の除菌に成功した頃から，腹を壊すことが少なくなったと感じています2<\/a><\/sup>個人の感想です．<\/span>．その代わりに，それからは，たまに壊すとダメージが大きいです．<\/p>\n

この日曜日に久しぶりに壊しました．今回はこれまでで最悪です．どれだけひどいかというと，春から秋はほぼ毎日，真冬でも2日に1度は食べるアイスクリームを食べる気が全くしないほどです．<\/p>\n

また，ふだんからほとんどない仕事のやる気が，全くなくなってしまいました．<\/p>\n

今回最悪な症状になったのは，年齢がこれまでで最高である事も背景的な要因でしょう．直接的な原因として思いつくものも，気温が急に下がってきたこと，食べたものなどいくつかあります．<\/p>\n

脱水症状から頭痛がします．水分を摂らなければいけないけど，下手に飲むとまたおなかに来る．スポーツドリンクを買ってこようかと思いましたが，買い置きのある炭酸水を飲んでみました．これはいいです．まあ，腹を壊した当初から2日ほど経って，気温も土日に比べればずっと暖かく，腸の調子も戻りつつあるんだと思いますが，かなりまとまった量を飲んでも大丈夫です3<\/a><\/sup>個人の感想です．<\/span><\/p>\n

むかし，医療関係者から得たアドバイスである乳製品を控えるというのも実践しています．<\/p>\n
