今年も，終戦の日1<\/a><\/sup>これぞ戦後最初の「印象操作」でしょうね．敗戦を終戦に置き換えた高級官僚が高笑いしていたのを思い出します（インタビューのテープが資料として現存しているはずです）．<\/span>がやってきました．<\/p>\n

戦争は，非戦闘員として巻き込まれた国民（当時は臣民）や，前線で戦った兵士たちは二度と御免だと口々に言います．<\/p>\n

しかし，政治的な「高所」から見たら，今こそ徴兵制を考えた方が良いなんて言う政治家や知識人もいます．<\/p>\n

そりゃ自分は一国民として，一兵士として戦渦に巻き込まれないと考えるからそんなことがいえるんでしょう．<\/p>\n

少なくとも徴兵制にするには憲法を変えなければなりませんし，その時はたぶん戦時には議会は停止するなんてことも盛り込むでしょう．<\/p>\n

前線の兵士は，国会議員・地方議員から徴集するってすればいいでしょう．どうせ議会は停止するし，地方議員の数って7万人くらいいるそうです．<\/p>\n

年寄りが大半? 大丈夫です．暑い日・寒い日に選挙活動で村中走り回る（夏バテでヨレヨレな私なんかよりはるかに）タフな年寄りです．それにハイテク日本にはパワーアシストスーツがあります．<\/p>\n
