日曜日1<\/a><\/sup>2018年6月10日(日)<\/span>，何気なくビートたけしのTVタックルを見ていたら，日本各地の温泉地で廃墟が景観を壊して，観光地としての価値を下げているという話題になりました．<\/p>\n

具体例として紹介されたのは，会津若松市の東山温泉で，なんと4年前に泊まった旅館2<\/a><\/sup>くつろぎ宿新滝<\/span>の界隈の話でした．<\/p>\n

この旅館の川の対岸には明治に創業した旅館があり，ずいぶん前に旅館は廃業したけれど，一昨年まで経営者が住んでいたので，その間は「空き家」ではなかったそうです．<\/p>\n

そういうわけで私たちが泊まった時には既に実質的には廃墟そのものでしたが，法令上は現住建造物だったようです．<\/p>\n

その後（昨年か一昨年），経営者が土地と建物を市に寄贈したけれど，市には解体する予算がない（仮にここを解体整地する予算があったとしても，ここもあちらもということになるので出せない）ので，市と旅館業組合と私たちが泊まった旅館とで話し合った結果，泊まった旅館が費用3000万円を拠出するということになり，現在解体工事が行われているとのことです．<\/p>\n

私たちが泊まった時も確かにこの廃墟は，景観を損ねてひどいものだと思いましたが，そこは大人なので心にとどめておきました．しかし，出演していた旅館のオーナーによれば，客から苦情がない日はないほどだそうです．<\/p>\n
