今日の午前中は、職場で鼻がつまりっぱなしでした。左側がほぼ完全につまり、右側もややつまり気味という状態です。たぶん、今シーズンで一番悪い状態かもしれません。<\/p>\n
シーズンの花粉暴露の積み重ねが、3月末からの花粉大量飛散で、とうとう症状発症のスレッショルドを超えたんでしょうか。<\/p>\n
また、これまでは、家で調子が悪くても職場に来ると楽になることが多かったです。たぶん建物が比較的に新しいので、微細な粉塵を室内に取り込まないようにできているんじゃないかと勝手に想像してます。しかし、今日は職場でも症状が楽になりません。花粉が職場でも飛んでいるのか、自分の体調の問題なのかはわかりません。<\/p>\n
