高校生の頃は，スギの花粉だけにアレルギーがあったんですが，その後いろいろ増えたようで，現在は１年を通して鼻の調子が良いと言う時期は少なく・短くなってしまいました．この真冬の時期はその希少な調子の良い時期です．ザイザルも１か月以上飲んでいませんが，日中にくしゃみ鼻水が出たり，寝ていてひどく鼻がつまることもなく，鼻的には快適に過ごしています．<\/p>\n
ですがそんな良い時期はそろそろ終わりかも知れません．昨夜は寝ながら，はながのどにからむような感じを何度も感じつつ，あまりよく眠れませんでした．<\/p>\n
