これまで，プライベート用サーバーとして使用してきたCore i7のデスクトップ機1<\/a><\/sup>実際は床に置いてますが^^;<\/span>は，性能的には今でも十分なので，Linux WSとして活用することにしました．といっても，WSとしては，Mac miniがメインとなるので，サブWSです^^; macOSがUNIXそのものなので，Linuxでないとできないことってあんまり多くないし，むしろもったいないからいつでも使えるようにしてある的な，バックアップWS的位置づけです．<\/p>\n

その元サーバー機は，1TBのSSDを2個積んで，RAID Level 1にしていましたが，流石にたまにしか使わないWSにそれはもったいないだろうということで，手持ちの512GBのSSD 1機と交換しました．<\/p>\n

交換して中身の移転も済んで一安心したのですが，昨夜Kernelの最新版をbuildしようといると，buildが途中で止まってしまいました．システムは生きているのでlogを見てみると，SATAインターフェースがエラーを吐き続けています．詳しくは見なかったんですが，エラーとなるので，SATAインターフェースがリセットをかけるの繰り返しだったようです．<\/p>\n
