もともと夏には弱くて，バテバテになります．例年の夏バテの症状は胃腸の不調と睡眠不足です．<\/p>\n

今年は8月の中旬に低温傾向が続いたので，不調になりかけた胃腸の調子は持ち直して，快調とまでは行きませんが，例年と比べて悪くはありません．<\/p>\n

しかし，睡眠の方は加齢の影響もあると思いますが，なかなかうまく取れません．これまでもそうですが，寝付きは問題ないんですが，早朝に目覚めて，そのまま起きてしまうということが続いています．たまった睡眠の負債のため，土日の日中は何もやる気が出ずに，ごろごろして，うたた寝している状況です．<\/p>\n

土日には畑や家周りのことをいろいろやりたいのですが，ここ三週間ほどほとんど何もできていません．<\/p>\n

低温傾向のあと，先週の後半は暑さが戻りましたが，それもピークは過ぎたようなので，しばらく様子を見て改善しないようなら，何か薬を処方してもらおうかと考えています1<\/a><\/sup>かかりつけ医からは，筆者くらいの年代の睡眠のトラブルは珍しいことではなく，常習性のない薬もいろいろあるから処方できると説明を受けてます．<\/span>．<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
