さて，花粉症も，スギ花粉の時期からヒノキの花粉の時期に入ってきたと思います．<\/p>\n
症状としては，3月20日からの週に最悪になりました．その後は徐々に調子は戻って，日によって多少の軽重がありますが，小康状態です．昨年のBLOGを振り返ってみると，4月一杯くらいまでは，まだ油断ならないようです．<\/p>\n
昨年の4月は，失敗をしていまして，かかる医療機関の都合で，点鼻薬として，これまでのエリザスに代えてアラミストを試していたのでした．<\/p>\n
