今シーズンは，まだ心の準備もできていない2月初旬いきなり花粉の大飛散<\/a>があり，かなりひどい症状が出ました．以来ザイザルの服用とエリザスの点鼻を行っていて，それほどひどい症状は出ないできています．<\/p>\n

今シーズンのこれまでの当地での花粉の飛散状況は，環境省のはなこさん<\/a>によれば，以下のような状況です（2017年は赤）．<\/p>\n

2月中下旬にも多少の飛散があった後，3月始めに少し飛び，そして，昨日2000個\/㎥を越す大飛散がありました．去年（青）の3月10日頃の大飛散に比べて２倍も飛んでいます．<\/p>\n

ザイザルとエリザスを連続して使用している上に，外出時にはマスクとサングラスを着用しているので，２月最初<\/a>を除いて，今のところまだそんなにひどい症状は出ていません．<\/p>\n
