若い人に，起業はお勧めしません．<\/p>\n

あくまで，日本においての話です．<\/p>\n

マスコミは政権の尻馬に乗って，無責任に若者に起業を勧めていますが，ベンチャー企業っていったって，最初は零細企業です．<\/p>\n

日本の銀行は，リスクを取りません．零細企業に金を貸す時は，不動産などの担保を求めて，経営者たちに個人保証を求めます．旧態依然たるものです1<\/a><\/sup>不動産の担保だって，普通の人が知らない，とても恐ろしい仕組みです．私も普通の人なのでつい最近まで知らなかったですが^^;<\/span>．<\/p>\n

もちろん，一部では，ベンチャーの知財や将来性に融資するなんて動きもありますが，ニュースになるくらいですからまだまだ珍しいことです．<\/p>\n

日本では，基本的に１度失敗すると再起はまず無理です．会社を立ち上げては失敗して，ようやく最後に成功なんて言うアメリカの話は通用しません．そもそもの仕組みが違うからです．<\/p>\n

TPPは悪魔の契約だと思っていましたが，このあたりの融資の商習慣があらためられるならばそれは唯一の救いかなと思っていましたが，永遠に発効しなくなりました^^;<\/p>\n
