人口が減少しても大丈夫だって言う経済学者が少なくないのに驚きます．東京の混雑が緩和されて，通勤も楽になり生産性が上がるなんて楽観論もあります．<\/p>\n
日本は全体は既に人口減少が始まっています．しかし，東京23区で人口が減少するのは2020年からということです．そりゃそうですよね．最近でも東京への移り住む人（社会増）は減っていません．<\/p>\n
人口が減り始めても，他の地域よりはその減少率は低いと考えられます．東京の人口が減れば，そこに移り住もうという人はさらに増えるだろうということは容易に想像できます．<\/p>\n
