基本的に通勤する時は，徒歩でも自転車でもサングラスをかけてます．中高年こそ紫外線から目を守る必要があります．<\/p>\n

自転車については，虫やゴミがよく目に入るので，暗くてもサングラスをかけています．もちろん，可視光の透過率の高いゴーグルのようなものですが．<\/p>\n

本日は，昼前に時間休を取って職場近くの整形外科に自転車で行きました．<\/p>\n

順調に診察も終わり（症状はあんまり順調ではないですが^^; ），職場に戻る途中，すれ違った車の後から丸い何かが飛んできました．と気がついたとほとんど同時に，カラッという乾いた音がしてサングラスの右側に何かが当たった感じがありました．<\/p>\n

一瞬のことでよく解りませんでしたが，車が跳ね上げた丸い木の実が，私のサングラスの右目を直撃したと推測されます．<\/p>\n

ポリカーボネートのサングラスの表面にはちょっと見た目傷もありませんし1<\/a><\/sup>拡大鏡で見ると，小さな傷がありますが，今回できた傷かは不明です．<\/span>，当たった衝撃もほとんどなかったので，軽い木の実だったと思います．それでも，たぶん相対速度40km\/hくらいでぶつかったと思うので，目を直撃だったらえらいことになっていたと思います．<\/p>\n

ちなみに，現在使用しているサングラスはレンズ2<\/a><\/sup>度が入ってないので，厳密にはレンズじゃないですが，説明がめんどくさいのでレンズとさせてください^^;<\/span>を交換できるようになっていて，本日の外出時にかけていたのは，薄いグレーのものです．写真のレンズは晴天の日にくっきり見えて気に入ってます．<\/p>\n
