世の常ですが，誰でも簡単に使える，というソフトは，「誰でも」に含まれていないと，おっそろしく困難です．インストールさえままならないこと多発です．<\/p>\n
世の中のすべてのWeb serverをSSL化してしまえという美しいスローガンの元，Let’s Encrpytがだんだん普及してきたようです．<\/p>\n
残念ながらSlackwareは，いつものことながら「誰でも」にも，「世の中のすべて」にも含まれていません^^;<\/p>\n
それでも頑張ってLet’s Encryptをインストールした人たちのサイトをあちこちみていますが，Let’s Encrpt自体が進化中のこともあってなかなかそのままズバリというのが見つかりませんでした（悪く言えば陳腐化した情報ばかり^^; ）．<\/p>\n
それでもようやく，見つけました．<\/p>\n
これはほぼ，そのままで行きます．ただし，venv.shのパスは，<\/p>\n
.\/tools\/venv.sh<\/pre>\nです1<\/a><\/sup>その後，.\/tools\/venv.pyに変更になりました（2021\/03\/03記）<\/span>．<\/p>\n
また，仕上げのコマンドは，letsencryptではなくて，certbot<\/strong>で，<\/p>\n
certbot certonly -a manual -d my.fully.qualified.domain.name<\/pre>\nとします2<\/a><\/sup>もちろん，my.fully.qualified.domain.name<\/strong>は，自分のホスト名，サブドメイン名を含めた完全なドメイン名にします．<\/span> 3<\/a><\/sup>certbot<\/a>は，letsencryptのgitパッケージ<\/a>にマージされました．<\/span><\/p>\n
あと，\/etc<\/strong>以下にインストールされるデータを，一般ユーザー4<\/a><\/sup>上記リンクではUSER<\/strong>．<\/span>がownerになるのは少なくともSlackware的にはおかしいんじゃないかと思います5<\/a><\/sup>筆者はroot<\/strong>としました．<\/span>．<\/p>\n
今回，筆者が管理者のひとりになっているとある<\/strong>SlackwareのサーバーにLet’s Encryptを導入しました．しばらく様子を見て，当サイトもCAcertから切り替えようと考えています．<\/p>\n
