<\/p>\nそう言えば，ここ10年以上，出張でも私的な旅行でも1泊以上の旅行には必ずPCをもっていきました．<\/p>\n
最初がいつだったかがよく解りません．記憶では2001年のオスロ出張だったように思いますが，写真などの決定的な証拠がありません．写真があるのは2004年のクアラルンプール出張が最古です．<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
で，何が言いたいかというと，先週末会津若松に2泊3日で行ってきましたが，このときは，この十数年来初めて，PCを持っていかなかったということです．iPhone１台で済ませられると判断しました．<\/p>\n
今まで何のためにPCを持っていってたかと言うと，撮った写真のバックアップをすることと，現地からBLOGに記事を書き込むと言うのが主な目的でした．<\/p>\n
バックアップを取らずにカメラやSDカード（昔はスマートメディアやコンパクトフラッシュ）を紛失したり盗まれたら，全部おしまいですから，日ごとにPCに読み込んでいました．<\/p>\n
BLOGも，昔は現地のvividな情報を発信する唯一の方法でした．<\/p>\n
今日では，ホテルなどのWifi環境に入ればiCloudで自動的にバックアップされますし，SNSでライブな情報を書き込めるので，あえて現地からBLOGまで書く必要はないかなと思います．まあ，書ければ書いたでいいですが．<\/p>\n
他にも出納の記録なんかもつけていました．長い旅行だと，何にいくら使ったか全く分からなくなってしまうので．これも今日的にはiPhoneで十分用が足ります．<\/p>\n
今回の旅行も，結果的にiPhoneだけでそんなに不便はなかったですが，iPadくらい持っていっても良かったかなと思っています．<\/p>\n
