肌の調子はずいぶん良くなってきました．たぶん，別の疾患で処方されている飲み薬の量が減ったのが一番の要因だと思います．<\/p>\n
それでもときどきダニ対策はしています．<\/p>\n
いろいろ見聞きしたところ，洗濯しても掃除機かけても日干ししても，ダニは取り除けない，ということで，唯一の方法である高温殺ダニをしています．布団乾燥機です．<\/p>\n
一応シーツ類を洗う時は，マットレスに掃除機はかけています．これはダニを取り除くと言うよりは，ダニの餌になるようなほこり類の除去の意味合いです．<\/p>\n
