Googleフォトが始まった2015年9月から今年の2月末までの間の，元の画質の画像をアルバムから削除してみました．<\/p>\n
最初は容量を見て，大きいものはAppleの”写真”のオリジナルと比較して，同じサイズならば削除という作業を地味に行っていましたが，途中から，元の画質のまま保存されている写真はもとの，”IMG_なんとか.JPG”でなく，UUID的なファイル名が付いていることに気づき，ファイル名を見て削除するようにしました．<\/p>\n
元の画質になっているものは，既に解っているように，Googleドライブに「高画質」でバックアップ（upload）される前にGoogle+の投稿に使用した写真です．これらの写真を削除したら，Google+の投稿からのも写真が削除されることを覚悟していましたが，削除されることなく，Google+には写真が残っていました．ということで安心して削除できます．<\/p>\n
Googleフォトはあくまで，冗長的な保管場所で，ここだけに存在する写真はありません．そもそもここが第一義的な保管場所なら，元の画質で保存します^^;<\/p>\n
で，朝削除してもう何時間も経ちますが，いっこうにGoogle DriveのうちのGoogle フォトの占有領域が減りません．<\/p>\n
そこで，Google フォトの写真・ムービーを全部削除しました．<\/p>\n
