11日1<\/a><\/sup>2016\/03\/11<\/span>から昨日までの4日間は，寒くてときどき雨が降る天気で，花粉の飛散は低調，というかほとんどなくて助かりました．<\/p>\n

しかし，今日は朝から晴れていて，はなこさんの観測でも，花粉が飛び始めているようです．当分暖かく晴れるということなので，寒かった4日間の分も合わせて大飛散するんじゃないかと思います．<\/p>\n

昼の時点で，かぜの初期症状のような，顔のほてりと軽い鼻づまり感があります．たぶん，花粉症の重い症状の前兆<\/a>と，例年感じているものだと思います．<\/p>\n

今年は9日がピークだったようですが，昨年も3月5日<\/a>2<\/a><\/sup>2015\/03\/05<\/span>のピークのあと，21〜23日，28〜29日にもピークがあったので，まだまだ油断できません．<\/p>\n

しかし，昨年はザイザル+エリザスの組み合わせが私にとって非常に効果的だったようで，その昨年の後半のピークの始まりである3月20日に不調の前兆<\/a>を感じたけれど，その後，特に不調になった記載もない<\/a>ので，結果的には楽に過ごせたようです．<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
