つ，ついに64.0kgとなってしまいました．これはいけません．<\/p>\n
就職して30年余り，体重はほぼ61〜63kgで推移してきました．BMIは標準の範囲内ですが，保健師さんとの面談では大学時代（二十歳）のときの体重（58kg台）を目指すように勧められてきました．ということで，とりあえず60kgを目標としてきました．<\/p>\n
で，何をするわけでもなく，毎日体重を計ってきました．<\/p>\n
昨年はいろいろあって，一時期60kgを割り込み，夢の58kg台目前となりましたが，その後反動が来て，61kg台，62kg台となり，最近では63kg台で安定していました．<\/p>\n
ところが，今朝の計量でついに64.0kgという，人生で最悪の体重となってしまいました．<\/p>\n
「自分の体重もコントロールできないなんて，人間失格だぁ!」と感じています．<\/p>\n
