子供のころ，冬といえば手足にしもやけできていました．手のしもやけがいつ頃からできなくなったかはよく覚えていませんが，大学生になっても足のしもやけはできました．さすがに就職してから，この三十数年はしもやけはできず，もうしもやけになることはないだろうと思っていました．<\/p>\n

ところが，どうも昨年末くらいから，左足の指に違和感を感じることがあり，よく見てみると，薬指全体が，しもやけ色1<\/a><\/sup>紫色に近い，暗い赤．<\/span>^^; になって，少し腫れています．<\/p>\n

まさかのしもやけの再発です．<\/p>\n

さらによく見ると，左右の足とも何か所かにしもやけ色に少し腫れたところがあります．<\/p>\n

今年は例年と違ってこたつを出さないのが一番の原因と思います．あとは，マットレスが安物で，寝ているとき足が冷えている感じもします．<\/p>\n

若い頃は寝るときあんかや電気毛布を敷かないと，寝付けなかったんですが，最近はそういうこともなく，もうそれでしもやけになることもなかろうと思っていました．<\/p>\n
