まあ，表題の通りなんですが^^;<\/p>\n

VMWareのオンラインストアで，VMWare Fusion 8のアップグレードを購入しようと，クレジットカード情報を全部入れて，いよいよ決済という段階で，「サーバーエラーでなんとかかんとか」というメッセージが出てしまいました．<\/p>\n

購入できていないのに，課金だけされはしないか心配で，メールを送りました．また，連絡先が解りにくいことったらありゃしない．<\/p>\n

以前も，オンライン購入でトラブったことがありました．そのときは，半日くらいで連絡が来て，解決しましたが．<\/p>\n

さて，連絡はいつ来るか．<\/p>\n

そろそろ，VMWareとの付き合いも終わりにすべきと言うことかな^^;<\/p>\n

5時間後くらいに担当者からメールが来て，課金されていない，次にまたトラブったら，エラーメッセージを知らせてほしい，エラーのページに問い合わせが書いてなくてすまない，というような，こちらの「苦情」に全部回答した返事がもらえました．<\/p>\n
