マスコミの報道や解説を受動的に見ていると，いつの間にか，株主は会社にとって神のような存在で，社会にとってもその意向が反映されるべき，なんて気になってしまいます．<\/p>\n

ようするに，マスコミは，株主に関するマイナス的な報道・解説をしていないということです．<\/p>\n

しかし，株主ってそんなに人格者なんでしょうか．<\/p>\n

まあ個人個人の人格は別にして，株主の意向のうち表に出てくるのは会社の利益追求です．統一した意向としては，それだけです．社員の雇用確保や待遇，福利厚生などは知ったこっちゃありません．<\/p>\n

会社の経営方針に対する要求も，平和や地球環境に取り組むなんていうのは儲かりませんから，法律ぎりぎりなことをしても設けろ，リストラしろという，とても非人間的なものになります．これは暗黙の圧力なはずですけど^^;<\/p>\n
