WordPressは，本体や関連プラグインをupdateするのは実に簡単で，”update”ボタンを押して，その後いくつか”OK”とか”update”のボタンを押せば完了します．<\/p>\n

どうしたわけか，4.3から4.3.1にはそれができません．これはknow problemのようです．4.3にして”update”が効かなかったら次に進むには手動updateしか道はありません．<\/p>\n

WordPressは，なかなか面白い仕組みになっていて，基本的にwebのルートディレクトリー以下には，システムしか入っていません．書き込まれたデータなどはすべてMySQL1<\/a><\/sup>私んとこはMariaDBですが^^;<\/span>に書き込まれます．もちろんいくつかのサイト依存情報を書き込むファイルはありますが．<\/p>\n

ですから，久々というか，初めての手動updateですが，クリーンインストールと同じにすれば良いんだ，と思ってやったら，なかなか起動してくれない．<\/p>\n

ずいぶん時間がかかってしまいましたが，そりゃそうで，webのルートディレクトリー以下にはシステムしか入っていない，というのがそもそも大いなる勘違いで，後からインストールしたプラグインは全部サブディレクトリーにしまい込まれています．<\/p>\n

ということで，正解は，現在のシステムに重ねて新しいシステムを展開する，ということでした．あんまり気持ちよくはないですね.<\/p>\n
