はなこさんの4月中の稼働も確認できて，この辺の花粉も少ないようなので，今日から点鼻薬（エリザス）の使用をやめてみます．<\/p>\n

今シーズンは，花粉が飛ぶ前からずっとザイザルの服用を続け，花粉が飛び始めた時と思われる2月下旬から，エリザスの使用を開始したので，非常に楽でした．<\/p>\n

具体的には，例年，鼻づまりがひどくて夜眠れない，微熱を感じるなどで1度や2度は休暇を取るのですが，そうした”重症”に陥りませんでした．<\/p>\n

なんといっても，鼻が詰まって寝苦しいということがなく，市販の鼻づまり解消スプレーを一度も使いませんでした1<\/a><\/sup>このスプレーは，長期間使用するとかえって鼻づまりがひどくなるということなのですが，即効性があるので，つまり出すとつい使ってしまいます^^; 使い始めると止まらない感じがして，あまり頼りたくないのです．<\/span>．<\/p>\n
