昨年の8月上旬に，畑仕事でちょっと無理な力を出したのが原因で，右肩を痛めてしまいました．右肩が痛いだけでなく，２，３日後から右腕全体がしびれ，首もあまり上下に動かなくなり，無理に動かそうとすると激痛が走りました．<\/p>\n
首や肩の痛みやしびれ感は，この10年くらい出ては引っ込みと言う状況で，だましだましという状態が続いています．ただし，今回は何週間か経ってもいっこうに改善の予兆がなかったので，整形外科に通うことにしました．<\/p>\n
まあ，しかし，かつて一番ひどいときにも整形外科に行きましたが，整形外科に行っても劇的に良くなるわけではないんですよね．<\/p>\n
12月初旬までは定期的に通院しました．１〜２週に一度医師の診察を受けて，あとは，週に２〜３回，電気マッサージと暖めの治療を受けます．<\/p>\n
徐々に良くなるような，ならないような状況が続いて，暗たんたる思いでしたが，12月に入ってようやく改善してきたような感じがし出しました．<\/p>\n
ほとんど症状を感じなくなったのは12月末です．<\/p>\n
