ベンチャー企業と言えば聞こえは良いですが，要は零細企業です．ちょっとうまくいって成長しても中小企業です．零細企業や中小企業が資金を調達しようとすると，金融機関は，経営者に個人保証を求めます．<\/p>\n

ちょっとこの世界のことを勉強すればわかることですが，このことが日本でベンチャーが育ちにくくしている原因の一つ，というか，最大の原因です1<\/a><\/sup>このことは，ノーベル賞受賞が決まった中村修二氏がメディアに語っていますが，メディアの扱いは少ないですね．<\/span>．<\/p>\n

資金調達の障害となると言うことばかりでなく，会社の整理をしにくくしています．<\/p>\n

住宅ローンも似たようなもんで，とにかく日本の金融機関はリスク取らなすぎです．大手銀行は景気の好不調にかかわらず莫大な収益を上げ続けていることからもそのことが裏付けられますね．<\/p>\n

日本が発展途上国だった頃からの制度・商習慣がそのまま残っている，ってことなんでしょうか．<\/p>\n
