で，もう一つの問題は，そもそも，サーバー兼ルーター(兼WS)もそろそろ更新しないといけないということです．今のマザーボードとCPUは，2010年3月から使用しているものです．あと半年弱でまる5年となります．電源，HDDやビデオカードの交換はしていますが，MBとCPUは元気です．CPUは，AMD Athlon II X4 605e 2.3GHzという，TDPが45Wの省電力タイプだから長持ちしているのかも知れません．<\/p>\n

次のは，もうCore i7しか選択肢はないと思いますが，省電力のものにしたいと思います．<\/p>\n

なお，わが家のサーバー兼ルーター（兼WS）で，5年もったのは，初代ルーター兼サーバーだったPowerMac 7600\/200があります(2000〜2005年)1<\/a><\/sup>それ以前も，当時DOS\/Vなどと呼ばれたPCで，ダイアルアップの接続はしていました．2000年の初めに，10Mbpsの光ファイバーで，常時接続となり，以後の正式な”サーバー兼ルーター(兼WS)”として，カウントしています．ちなみに，現在のサーバー兼ルーター(兼WS)は，５代目にあたります<\/span>．このPowerMacは，サーバー兼ルーターになる前に２〜３年はメインWSとして使用していました．<\/p>\n

サーバー兼ルーター時代は，PowerPC Linuxという，今は廃れてしまったdistroを使ってました．<\/p>\n
