徒歩で通勤して気がつくのは，結構広い歩道でも，自転車が歩行者である自分の数十センチのところをかなりのスピードで走り抜けていくことがしばしばあることです．<\/p>\n
もし，歩行者がつまずいたり，その他の事情で予測不能な動きをしたら，ってことが全然頭に無いんですね．<\/p>\n
少なくとも車の免許を持っている人は，歩行者や自転車から1m（背面からは1.5m）以上の間隔を開けられない場合は徐行する，という道路交通法を知っているはずです．<\/p>\n
たぶん，自転車しか乗らない人って，自分も歩行者の仲間という意識で歩行者の近くや間を走り抜けているんだと思います．<\/p>\n
これもそうですけど，うちの近所は中学・高校がちゃんと指導しないから，自転車通学の生徒たちが，横に何列にも広がって歩道を占有して走ってます．こちらも自転車に乗っていてすれ違うとき，気分悪いです．<\/p>\n
それと，路肩を走る場合，道路交通法が改正されて，右側の路肩を走ると罰則規定ができましたが，依然右側の路肩を走る生徒，おっさん，おばさんが散見されます^^;<\/p>\n
もうひとつ，自転車しか乗らない人なのかどうか解りませんが，自転車は一時停止はしませんね．自転車同士でのニアミスは良く経験します．<\/p>\n
