テレビドラマなんかでよく聞く台詞です．<\/p>\n

ドラマでは，結果的にうまくいくので責任はたいてい知りませんが，もしうまくいかなかったら，「オレ」はどう責任を取るのか．まあ，普通は引責して辞職ってとこですよね．<\/p>\n

引責辞職だけでは済まず，懲戒になるような場合，果たして責任は「オレ」だけで取りきれるのか．社内でそれなりの人たちが調査を始めるでしょうが，社内の調査のみで済んで，「オレ」が責任はすべて自分にあると強く主張して，ワンマン経営で浪花節な社長だったらオレの懲戒免職だけで済むこともあるかもしれません．<\/p>\n

しかし，もっと現代的な^^; 組織だったり，外部の人を入れた調査委員会なんか立ち上げたら，「オレ」だけにとどまることはないでしょう．警察沙汰，訴訟沙汰になればいうまでもありません．<\/p>\n

ということで，ことが大事（おおごと）ならば大事なほど，「オレ」にとどまらないということになります．<\/p>\n
