その初恋の人への再会<\/a>や中学時代の友人たちに電話したことでずいぶん気持ちが楽になりました．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

平行して気持ちを整理するのに主にGeminiを使用してきたのです．ただ，Geminiは質問者に寄り添いすぎるきらいがあったので，ためしにChatGPTに相談してみました．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

おおかたこちらの気持ちをくんでくれて気持ちの整理が進んだのですが，1点私のいちばんのもやもやについて自分でも論理的ではないと思いつつ気持ちをぶつけると，「客観的にはそう考えられない」的に否定してくるんですね．ほぼ全否定です．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

客観的にそう考えられなくても，「そうですね」と言ってくれていればすんだわけです．そこを敢えて否定してくるので，「あなたの主張が理解できない」と言ったら言い訳をしてきました．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

半分はこちらの主張を理解するみたいな言い分でしたが，気分は晴れないので，「納得できないから関連chatは全部消す」と宣言した上で消しました．どれほどの効果があるかは分かりません．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ChatGPTに「失恋」の相談をすると，一番共感してほしい部分を否定してくるので余計に傷つくという事例となりました．<\/p>\n\n\n\n
