4年間(5シーズン)続けたシダキュアの効果はあるようで，Weather Newsの予測でスギ花粉のピークに近いここ数日でも，人間として生きていけています．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

現在服用しているのは抗アレルギー剤のルパフィンを一日一錠です．<\/p>\n\n\n

今年の経緯としては，1月末から花粉を感じ始め，2月にはしばしば感じました．2月末から今日までは毎日かなりひどい花粉が飛んでいる感じがしますが前述の様にシダキュアの効果が出ています．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ただ，経験上ですが，シダキュア服用前でも今頃はその日の花粉の飛散量が多くてもそれほど症状はきつくありませんでした．各シーズンの花粉の飛散量の合計（積分値）が症状の重軽に明らかに影響します．<\/p>\n\n\n\n
