世界情勢は目をおおいたくなる状況<\/a>ですが，ずいぶん先だと思っていた大腸内視鏡検査が明日になりました．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

今日は大腸内を空にするために，決められた検査用の食事を朝から摂っています．<\/p>\n\n\n

朝は鯛がゆでした．よく見れば鯛の身らしいものがほんの少し入っていてほんのりと鯛の風味のする粥です．味はうすく，まずくはないけどうまいものではないです．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

現在朝食と昼食の間ですが，ここのところ小腹が空いたらスナックをつまむという怠惰な生活をしていたので，ちょっと辛くなってきました．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

外作業をして行き倒れてもいけないので，今日はごみ出しとワンコの散歩以外は家の外に出ないことにします．<\/p>\n\n\n\n
