去年はひどかった<\/a>です．４月末くらいから，年の瀬までのあいだ，少しよくなるとまた刺される，を繰り返していたように記憶しています．<\/p>\n

去年はいろいろ条件が悪かったです。６月から７月にかけて，イエネズミ（と思われる）が，２階の娘の部屋の壁などで活動し，最終的には殺鼠剤で死んだ（と思われる）のですが，その後，娘と隣の部屋の私がダニに刺され（た思われ），バルサンで退治して何とか収まりました1<\/a><\/sup>ダニは，ネズミなど家主が死ぬと，人に移ってくるというのは多数情報があります．<\/span>．<\/p>\n

その後も暮れまでに３回ほど派手に刺されました．<\/p>\n
今年は，今のところひどく刺されたところはありません．昨年と違うのは，<\/p>\n

  3. シーツは一週間以内に洗うようにしている<\/li>\n
  4. マットレスにまめに掃除機をかける<\/li>\n
  5. 人が通らない林の中を通らない<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
    などです．1〜4は寝具についてで，5だけは自転車・徒歩の通勤時です．案外，5番が一番効いているような気もします．ヒルがどうやって人にたかるか．人の体温や吐息等を感じて木から落ちてくるらしいです．同じことをダニもやっているに違いありません．<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
