微妙に調子の悪かった鼻とのど<\/a>ですが，昨日の午後はかなり調子が悪くなり，微熱も感じましたが，世話になった人の歓送会（職場内の食堂）が夕方あったので，そのまま出ました．当然ですが，アルコールは飲みません．<\/p>\n

午後８時過ぎに終わって，釣り上げた鍵<\/a>の自転車に乗って帰り始めたら雨が降ってきました．土砂降りになる前に家に着きましたが，それなりに濡れました．<\/p>\n

そんなこんなで，風邪をこじらせる要因はたくさんありました^^;<\/p>\n

で，今朝起きたら，のどと鼻の調子も昨日までより明らかに悪く，その上微熱を感じるので測ったら37.1℃でした．赤ちゃんなら平熱ですが，私は平熱は35.8℃くらいなので，ちょっとした熱です．<\/p>\n
