有史以来，人口が集中しすぎて，インフラ整備が追いつかなかったり，自然災害で廃れた都市はいくつかありますし，また，毛沢東の大躍進政策や文化大革命，それにならったポルポト政権のような非人道的な方法で人口を逆流させて，結局失敗した例はいくつかありますが，そうでなくて，経済成長につれて，いい形で人口が都市から地方に流れた事例が１つでもあれば知りたいです．<\/p>\n
