この2週間くらいの間、胃の不調に悩まされました。痛むというほどではないですが、朝起きると胃の違和感というか普段は胃の存在感もないのに存在感が気になり、朝食を取るとその感じが増しました。<\/p>\n\n\n\n

朝食後その感じがmaxで、昼から午後、夕食時にかけて緩和していきました。<\/p>\n\n\n\n

それと合わせて思い当たるのは、睡眠の質が良くないということです。以前に比べると深夜から早朝にかけて目が覚める回数が増え、トイレにも1、2回起きるようになりました(従前は滅多にトイレに起きる事はなかった)。<\/p>\n\n\n\n

その期間に食生活に何か変化があったかを考えてみたところ、夕食時に煎茶をしっかりいれて飲み始めたことが思い当たりました。<\/p>\n\n\n\n

多分煎茶のカフェインの影響で夜よく眠れず自律神経が失調して胃に影響が出たのだと思います1<\/a><\/sup>カフェイン自体も胃壁を刺激し，胃酸の分泌を促すようです（多数の検索結果より）．<\/span>。<\/p>\n\n\n\n

もともとカフェインで睡眠に影響が出ることが多く、昼食より後はコーヒーを飲むのを避けるようにしていました。紅茶はそれほど影響しなかったので煎茶も影響はないと思って夕食時に飲み始めたのでした。<\/p>\n\n\n\n

煎茶のカフェインの影響であると言う推論を確認するために夕食時に飲むのをやめたところ次の日には明らかに改善が見られました。ただそれからはなかなか完全な状態には戻らないのでもうしばらく様子を見たいと思います。<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
