舌下免疫療法として，シダキュアの服用を4年半，スギ花粉シーズンとしては5シーズンを経験して続けました．そして，いろいろ切りが良いので昨年の今頃を最後に終わりにしました1<\/a><\/sup>“切りが良い” 事情については，いろいろややこしいので，BLOGで公表していなかったのでした．<\/span>．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

そういう訳で，今年のスギ花粉シーズンは，シダキュア卒業後初めてのシーズンと言うことになります．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

例年症状の最悪日は3月末から4月始めなのでまだなんともいえませんが，今のところ楽です．多少の鼻詰まり感と額の奥の副鼻腔に若干の違和感がある程度です．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

現在他の治療の関係もあって抗アレルギー剤のルパフィンを1日1錠服用しています．症状がひどいときは2錠まで服用して良いことになっていますが，その必要はなさそうです．また点鼻薬は使わなくても大丈夫です2<\/a><\/sup>まだ数本使用期限前のものの在庫があります．必要ならばかかりつけの内科でも処方してもらえます．<\/span>．発熱はもとより微熱感<\/a>を感じることもありません．これは自分の人生を振り返って画期的なことと言えます．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

そんなわけで，シダキュアの服用を4年半がんばったのは悪くなかったかなと思います．ただし，効果は7年といわれていますので，あと6シーズンですか😓 あっという間に経ちそうな気がします．<\/p>\n\n\n\n
