料理して具材の焼け具合を見ている時とか平坦な場所で苦もなく草刈りをしている時とか，そんなに集中を要なさいけどあんまり意識的に考えをめぐらせないような状況で，悪いことばっかり思い出してしまいます．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

たぶんこれはチコちゃんに叱られるでも以前やっていた，人間の生きる本能に基づいたもの<\/a>なのでしょう．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

自分はこの年1<\/a><\/sup>年齢は非公開．<\/span>まで，多少の苦労はしましたが，明日の生活費にも困るというような状況になることはありませんでした．平凡だけと総合的には悪くない人生なはずです．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

しかし，意識的に介入せず自由に考えをめぐらせていると，過去の失敗ばかり思い出します．作業をしているからまだ良いですが，そのまま続けたら落ち込んで，精神的によくないと思います．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

先日Eテレのチョイス<\/a>で，「ぽじれん」といってその日の行動を振り返り，良かった点を3つ挙げる練習をする，というのがあり，これはなかなか良さそうだと思いました．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

それでさっそく始めたのですが3日続けたものの，そのあとはぽじれんのことすら思い出さなくなってしまいました．文字通り三日坊主になってしまいました．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

あんまり面白くはないのです．そんなに毎日ブリリアントなことがあるわけはなく，いつものように〜できたとか，そんなレベルのことしか並べられません．<\/p>\n\n\n\n
