最近始めたことは，「一昨日」の日記を書くことです．一昨日のことを思い出すことは，認知症の予防によいようです．<\/p>\n
では，どう書くか，ということで多少迷いました．ペンなどで手書きをすることは，そのこと自体が，また，認知症予防になるとのことですね．ただし，電子的な記録に比べると，どこでも書けるわけでもなく（ノートを持ち歩かなければならない），データの再利用もできない，というデメリットがあります．<\/p>\n
電子的な記録にすれば，今時，どんな形式のファイルに書き込んだにしてもたいてい後々に検索可能です．一昨日のことを思い出しながら書く日記のあやふやな記録が将来的にどれほどの役に立つかは疑問ですが，データベースというのは，いつ使うか分からない有象無象のデータを貯めこむと言うことに価値があると思います．<\/p>\n
このWordPressに非公開で書きつづる，というのも考えました．しかし，最近使い始めたEverNoteに書くことにしました．WordPressとEverNoteを比較しても，優劣はなさそうです．<\/p>\n
