娘が福島県内の大学に進学して，寮に入ることになったので，荷物運びと入学式に参列する1<\/a><\/sup>見学? 押しかけ?<\/span>ために，4月1〜3日の２泊３日の日程で行ってきました．久しぶりのプライベートな国内旅行なので，県内有数の温泉場の旅館２館に一泊ずつしました．<\/p>\n

最初に泊まった旅館は，料金のことをいわなければ文句なしです．料理も風呂も最高でした．部屋も広くて静かでした．<\/p>\n

２泊目は，料理もまずまずで，風呂は最初の旅館より良かったですが，部屋にたばこ臭がしみついていて，残念でした．<\/p>\n

しばらく窓を開け，廊下側のドアも開けて風を通しましたが，そのくらいではちっとも改善しません．空気清浄機が置いてあるのですが，その臭いのせいか，常にフル運転になりこれもうるさかったです．１泊目の宿は，禁煙室であったのに，２泊目は禁煙室でなかったので，まあしょうがないのですが，それにしても，いくら何でもという臭いのきつさです．今まで国内外で泊まった，禁煙室でない安宿を含めても，一番臭かったと思います．<\/p>\n

それにしても，有名温泉地の衰退は目をおおうばかりです．どちらも廃業したホテル・旅館だらけでした．その中で泊まった２館はなんとか生き残るためにいろいろ工夫をしているようです．<\/p>\n

こういう温泉宿に泊まったのは，たぶん20年ぶりとかになると思います．そのときは，職場の同僚たちとの慰安旅行のようなもので，個人の旅行では初めてかも知れません．<\/p>\n

ま，２日目の部屋のたばこ臭さは残念でしたが，全体としてはそれを補って余りある旅行でした．たまには温泉旅館もいいものだと感じました．<\/p>\n

アメリカ，ヨーロッパ，アフリカで獅子奮迅の活躍をした野口英世博士．すごい人です．<\/p>\n
