子供の頃から親を子が扶養するなんておかしな話だと思っていました．日本では民法でそう決まっているようですが，そのことを習うのは小学校高学年だったでしょうか，中学に入ってからでしょうか．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

親が子を扶養するのは当たり前で，法律で決まってなかったとしても自然の摂理です．反対に自然の摂理で親を扶養する動物がいるでしょうか．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

また高齢者の多くが「子に迷惑をかけたくない」と口にするのも，子が親を扶養することの不条理さを感じているからだと思います1<\/a><\/sup>筆者自身も全く同じ気持ちです．<\/span>．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

親を扶養しなければならないとなると，自分の子も親も扶養することになり，経済的にゆとりのない層が増えている現状ではかなり厳しい話です．また，子がない人はどうしろっていうんでしょう．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

扶養されることが必要と想定される人は，それまで社会や経済に貢献してきたわけですから，扶養の義務は第一に国にあります．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

もちろん親が好きで経済的にも時間的にも体力的にも余裕がある人は面倒を見ればいいですが，今どき親の面倒を見る頃には経済的にも肉体的にも余力がないことのほうが多いですから，共倒れになることは目に見えています．全く現実的でないです．<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
