例年この時期は暑さをこらえてなんとか生きている状態ですが，どうしても庭や畑の草刈り，生け垣の刈り込みはしないといけないです．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

生け垣が結構厄介で，公道の側を刈らねばなりませんが，朝夕は近くにある施設の関係で車の交通量が少なくありません．だいたい10時〜16時は車はほとんど通りませんからその時間帯に刈りたいですが，一日で一番暑い時間帯でもあります．その中でも少しでも涼しい時間帯ということで，10時から始めることにしていますが，まともに直射日光を浴びながらの作業なので，30分続けるのがいいところです．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

そんなわけで昨日も作業を10時から始めるつもりでしたが，別の場所でエアコンの室外機周りの枝打ちを30分ほどしてから，生け垣の刈り込みを30分ほどしたので，バテバテです1<\/a><\/sup>たぶん軽度の熱中症になっていると思います．<\/span>．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

作業を終えたら温度が低めのシャワーで体を冷やし，比較的吸収が良いとされる清涼飲料を飲みました．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

午後はエアコンを効かせた部屋でごろごろしていましたが，翌日（本日）になっても疲労感が取れず，何もする気が起こらずごろごろしていました．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

まあ，日頃から屋外や，冷房をかけられない作業環境で作業している人たちには申し訳ないですが，慣れない人間はこの時期に外作業をするのは良くないとつくづく感じます．<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
