仮想マシンの仮想ディスクからの復旧<\/a>に続き，実マシンからの復旧も成功しました．ただし，若干の紆余曲折がありました．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

一年前のDebian Bullseyeのバックアップに最新のManjaroからchrootしてもgrub-install \/dev\/sda<\/code> でエラーが出てしまいます．エラーはネットで調べればよく出てくる，<\/p>\n\n\n\n

grub-install: error: unknown filesystem.<\/pre>\n\n\n\n
というやつです．ターゲット1<\/a><\/sup>マウントしてchrootした先．<\/span>のkernelやfirmwareが古すぎるのが原因のようです2<\/a><\/sup>元のマシンのkernelやfirwareが新しすぎる，とも言えます．<\/span>．手っ取り早い解決策としては，ターゲットのDebianを先にbookwormにupgradeすればよさそうです．<\/p>\n\n\n\n
このupgrade作業は幸いなことに，ターゲットのDebian bullseyeから可能でした．<\/p>\n\n\n\n
bookwormにupgradeできたら，あとはgrub-install<\/code>とgrub-mkconfig<\/code>で完了です．<\/p>\n\n\n\n
