そもそも夏の冷房時に室温を28℃にするのは科学的根拠がないと言われて久しいですが，相変わらずNHKはじめメディアは「室温が28℃(以下)になるように」と馬鹿の一つ覚えを繰り返しています．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

まだ「室温28℃」ならバカ止まりですが，相変わらず「設定温度28℃」を主張する大バカも少なくありません．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

とはいえ最近のエアコンは優秀で，設定温度を28℃にしてしばらく運転すると，室温はだいたい28℃になります．それでも外気温や日射の強さなどで室温は±1°，場合によっては±2°くらい変動します．また室内の場所によって温度に偏りがあります．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

室温が目標とする温度よりも高い場合は設定温度を下げればよいのですが，その前に風量を「自動」から手動の最大値もしくはその一つ手前くらいにしてみると室温が設定温度に近づくことがあります1<\/a><\/sup>風量を最大にするとたいていかなりうるさいです．<\/span>．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

部屋の大きさや室内機の取り付け場所との関係があるのかもしれませんが，わが家にあるエアコンは風量を「自動」にすると風量不足になっていることが多いような気がします．<\/p>\n\n\n
