WeatherNews社<\/a>のポールンロボ<\/a>のデータを見ると，明らかに花粉の総数は3月の “最盛期” からは減っています．しかし，シダキュアの効果があってスギ花粉への症状がほとんどなくなったものの，ヒノキの花粉には無防備な筆者は花粉症の症状に悩まされています．日中のくしゃみと鼻水はそれほど頻繁ではないので良いですが，就寝時の鼻詰まりが睡眠の質を落としているようで，名目上😓 7時間前後の睡眠時間が取れても，日中には睡眠不足感がずっとあります．ということで，個人的には今が花粉症最盛期<\/a>であることに間違いありません．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

今日は一日雨と言うことで，花粉や花粉症を悪化させるといわれている黄砂を大気中からある程度浄化し，建物や自動車や地面に降り積もり，風が吹けばまた飛び立つような状況も改善されると思います．<\/p>\n\n\n\n
