人間を含めた多様性のある動物を蔑むようなラベル付けをするのってどうなのよ，とかなり前から思っていました．今日的に筆者が最も気に入らない言葉というか用法の1つが表記 “草食系” です．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

草食系と聞いたら普通以上の常識のある人なら，ゾウやサイ，首を激しくぶつけ合って闘うキリン（足も速い），体重が500kg〜1tにも達するバイソン（足も速い），脚線美のインパラ（足も速い），オーストラリアの大地を高速で跳びはねるカンガルーなどを思い浮かべると思います．サラブレッドも草食です．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

逆にたくましくない，なよなよした草食動物っているでしょうか．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

そして，先日のNHKブラタモリでの宇和島の闘牛<\/a>．ビバ，草食系!<\/p>\n\n\n
